Great update, glad to see they both survived. Love the ending with Wilson's note to House - something I think House will treasure (not that he would ever let anyone know that!) I liked the repetition of the questions about House's shoulder and leg - they didn't hurt in his dream (delerium? fantasy land?) but in the real world yes he hurts like he always does. Great stuff!
