Don't worry; I don't think that dream could fall flat with anyone. It seemed so perfectly like House's dreams would really be, and the whole interaction with Wilson was extraordinarily touching. The way that House needed to be able to talk to him, even though he knew it wasn't really him...it just really says something about how much their relationship means. I'm not sure I'm making much sense here, but I'm trying. XD
