That I have bad taste. This is two memes I did at around 4 this morning because I was bored. Mucho sorry.

1.Name a movie that you have seen more than 10 times.
Se7en, Mars Attacks, Resevoir Dogs, Groundhog Day (lulz irony), Shawshank Redemption, Ghostbusters, Forrest Gump, Jurassic Park, Jaws, Beetlejuice, and the second X-Men. Because it was epic.

2.Name a movie that you’ve seen multiple times in the theater.

The Fountain, Toy Story, more recently Up and Whip It…and the second X-men. (It was even epicer the second time).

3.Name an actor that would make you more inclined to see a movie.

There’s way too many, but I’m secretly the biggest Johnny Depp fan you’ll ever meet.

4.Name an actor that would make you less likely to see a movie.

Cameron Diaz or Matthew Mcconaughey

5.Name a movie that you can and do quote from.

I won’t lie, everything is fair game and I’m a conversational plagiarist. I can stick Juno and Airplane! into hallway chats like nobody’s business though.

6.Name a movie musical that you know all of the lyrics to all of the songs.

Sweeney Todd.

7.Name a movie that you have been known to sing along with.

Moulin Rouge!

8.Name a movie that you would recommend everyone see.

I have two. First one, pretty well known, is Hard Candy. Freaking genius movie in that it’s so uncomfortable to watch. Everything about it makes you squirm, and yet the performances of Ellen Page and Patrick Wilson are honest and dead on in terms of bare human emotion that you’re completely intrigued and hanging on every twitch. Seriously. Ellen Page in this movie is too freaking brilliant for words. She’s like The Subtlety Master and absolutely every blink in her performance is deliberate.
The second is Mean Creek. It was always intended to slip under the radar, and I assume that’s because it is self-aware of its wrongness. I saw this movie once, and I don’t think I could ever watch it again. It’s about kids though, and all of the kid actors give really incredible performances, and it’s just so icky and creepy without showing anything gory. This it shares with Hard Candy—the ability to scare the shit out of you by only showing you people’s reactions.

9.Name a movie that you own.

The second X-men…

10.Name an actor that launched his/her entertainment career in another medium but who has surprised you with his/her acting ch
ops.
Haha, Dave Matthews always sort of impressed me.

11.Have you ever seen a movie in a drive-in? If so, what?

I saw Grindhouse at the drive-in and it was the best thing EVAR.

12.Ever made out in a movie?

My best friend and I pretended to make out while sitting in front of people we know. Other than that…nah.

13.Name a movie that you keep meaning to see but just haven’t yet gotten around to it.

Twilight. I feel like I need to see it for pop culture’s sake.

14.Ever walked out of a movie?

Don’t kill me…but I walked out of The Pursuit of Happyness. I was so freaking bored and it didn’t emotionally effect me at all.

15.Name a movie that made you cry in the theater.

Marley and Me. Not only did I cry. Oh no, I sobbed. I full on, snot flying, chest heaving, sobbed.

16.What’s the last movie you saw in the theater?

Where the Wild Things Are

17.What’s your favorite/preferred genre of movie?

I like dramas, which makes me sound angsty, but honestly, I’ve come to realize I don’t really like comedies because my life is really, really funny. I mean, that sounds dumb, but I don’t feel like spending 8 bucks to get what I could get for free from my friends.

18.What’s the first movie you remember seeing in the theater?

The Lion King. Dude, that makes me sound so young.

19.What movie do you wish you had never seen?

White Chicks

20.What is the weirdest movie you enjoyed?

The Tracey Fragments. It took a lot of getting used to, but in the end I was sort of okay with it.

21.What is the scariest movie you’ve seen?

Paranormal Activity. Yeah, that last minute really is that bad.

What was the first song you ever heard by 6 (Phoenix)?
I think it was “Long Distance Call.” I don’t remember exactly how I heard it (my brother probably sent it to me), but I remember thinking it was completely different that anything I’d heard until then.

What is your favorite album of 2 (Modest Mouse)?

Ugh, such a hard choice. Guess I’ll go with Good News for People Who Love Bad News

What is your favorite lyric that 5 (The Antlers) has sung?

“We'll make only quick decisions/And you'll just keep me in the waiting room/And all the while I'll know we're fucked/And not getting unfucked soon.” –Bear
Holy shit. This entire album contains some of the best lyrics I’ve heard. And while I admittedly have faulty taste, I love this line in particular for the word “unfuck.”

How many times have you seen 4 (Cold War Kids) live?

Once. They led in for Death Cab for Cutie, and I won’t lie, they’re an awful live band. I’m pretty sure the bassist was on horse tranquilizers.

What is your favorite song by 7 (The Postal Service)?

“The District Sleeps Alone Tonight.” Ben Gibbard is a master of imagery, and the song has that weird hollowness because of it and it oddly feels full…? WTF am I saying? No clue.

What is a good memory you have involving the music of 10 (Queen)?

Multiple sing-alongs that would put Wayne’s World to absolute shame.

Is there a song of 3 (Stars) that makes you sad?

"One More Night.” This song breaks my heart. The idea of two people having sex for the last time before they break up is sort of really profound and beautiful, but it really upsets me at the same time, because you know they must still be a little bit in love with each other to have decided to do this.

What is your favorite lyric that 2 (Modest Mouse) has sung?

“Well, the universe is shaped exactly like the earth/If you go straight long enough you'll end up where you were.” -3rd Planet. Pretty self-explanatory, and I’m in love with the idea.

How did you get into 3 (Stars)?

“In Our Bedroom After the War” was played at the end of an episode of ReGenesis or something, so I checked them out.

What was the first song you heard by 1 (Arcade Fire)?

“Neighborhood 1: Tunnels.”

What is your favorite song by 4 (Cold War Kids)?

“Golden Gate Jumpers.” Best attempted suicide song ever, lol.

How many times have you seen 9 (The Frames) live?

None :(

What is a good memory you have involving 5 (The Antlers)?

Nothing. There is nothing happy or delightful about The Antlers. It’s all angst all the time. Except for the word “unfuck,” which is awesome.

Is there a song of 8 (Iron & Wine) that makes you sad?

Um. Is there an Iron & Wine song that’s happy?

What is your favorite lyric that 3 (Stars) has sung?

“Good news is, my shoes is filled with all my nickels and my tens.” –Take Me to the Riot

What is your favorite song of 1 (Arcade Fire)?

“Wake Up.” Holy crow, especially with David Bowie.

What is your favorite song of 10 (Queen)?

"Don’t Stop Me Now”

How many times have you seen 8 (Iron & Wine) live?

Once. Sam is so cool. :)

What is a great memory you have considering 9 (The Frames)?

Idk, the first time I saw “Once.” It made me feel warm and fuzzy?

What was the first song you heard by 8 (Iron & Wine)?

Their cover of “Such Great Heights”

What is your favorite cover by 6 (Phoenix)?

I’m not sure if they’ve done a cover of anything.

OMG this is a drive-by comment.

I took a couple of my friends to the drive-in once, because there's one near me (one of a handful left in this country), and they made out in the car the whole time. I had to sit on the bonnet because they were rolling around and shit.

Despite that, I still think drive-ins are fun. For one, you can drink (discreetly). You can also talk freely and walk around as much as you want. Drive-ins are awesome!
